We believe in straightforward, transparent leasing. Here's what you can expect when making Madera home:

• Lease Terms: 6–12 month leases available
• Security Deposit: $500 (one-time)
• Application Fee: $55 per applicant (one-time)
• Communication Fee: $110/month — includes internet, managed Wi-Fi, and smart home technology
• Renters Insurance: Encouraged — bring your own policy, or opt into the property's renters legal liability policy for $20/month
• Utilities: Resident is responsible for electric, water, trash, and sewer
